I have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated. Can anyone help on how i can access my 5 codes please

Hi,
My wife is having the same issue with her account. I've just upgraded my daughters phone but require a code to send to the store. We've tried resetting password etc with no luck. Can you please help?

Is your wife not receiving the reset email to her work email address?

Yes, she has reset her password which says its been done successfully, then when she tries to login it says account deactivated.

My EE Perks account has been deactivated as i didn't activate it in the time frame. I am due for an upgrade and wish to gain an NHS discount code. Is it possible for my EE Perks account to be reset?
