I have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated. Can anyone help on how i can access my 5 codes please

Hi, Ive just tried logging into my perks but it says my account has been deactivated. i have been on maternity leave for over a year with no access to my work email so can only assume this is the reason why. is there any way to re-activate this as my phone contract is due for renewal soon. Thankyou

My account has been deactivated as nearly all the above have had the same issue (not completed registration in time, even though registered around 18 months ago). How do I resolve this please? It won't let me re-register as its states email is in use. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi, it's now been 2 working days and it still won't let me re-register as says 'the details you have given are still in use'. I was advised on Sunday to allow 2 working days before trying again but it still won't let me. Help please
