ee perks account deactivated

Hi

 

I have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated.  Can anyone help on how i can access my 5 codes please

I have same problem, keeps saying account deactivated, I have got onto perks who say need to contact yourselves, please can you tell me how to activate my perks account so that I can get the codes for my discount as will be upgrading phone in the new year

the same as people above keeps coming up saying account deactivated as didn't register in time, just need the code so when I order on new contract I can put code in for the discount, thanks
