as in title. I get confirmation account is activated but click on video or channel and it says to contact provider.

Are you using the discovery+ app? Have you used BT Sport with EE before you got TNT Sports?

Yes, i did. I was on the discovery app a few weeks ago watching football and now I can't. Just says contact provider.

That would be great only it asks me to ,oh in to BT account and of course my account is now EE , so it gives an error . Elsewhere it says simply scroll down nowhere to scroll down in the app ( I'm having same issue ) 🤷

I went to discovery plus while activation code was showing on TV ,typed can't activate into their help chat and it immediately linked me to where I could input activation code with no further details .
