Hi 

i  have just received a text saying that the cost to call countries included within your FREE calling abroad add on will increase on 5th july? so if its free how come the cost will increase?

The Call Abroad add-on is free to get of itself. It allows you to call & text abroad from UK at greatly reduced rates but they still cost. Obviously there is potential there for EE to increase these low rates.
