I'm confused as to what roaming is covered by the All rounder (Android) contract. On the advert, it seems to say that EU & worldwide roaming is included. However, when I look at the contract it wants me to agree to it says:
"A daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Inclusive Extra that includes EU Roaming. See roaming costs page for countries and details."
On the "inclusive extras" it offers me, there's no roaming extras being offered. If this is an "invisible" extra which is always included in the all-rounder, then why does the contract have the statement above, which suggests the inclusive extra is a discretionary extra?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @spicyhotone If you go for one of our All rounder plans, you'll benefit from inclusive minutes, texts and data while roaming in the EU.
We have a really handy web page where you can see a breakdown of what each of our plan options offer, just click this link here: Plans

I thought that was the case, but the contract wording does make it unclear, and at the end of the day the contract is what a customer agrees to, not all the nice spangly web pages!
