Changing linked Netflix account

Hi, I have a smart benefit with Netflix which I linked to my housemate's account as she already had an account. She has since moved out and I would now like to change the Netflix account that I am linked to as I need to set up my own account. How do I unlink the Netflix account or set up a new link?
