bt open reach portal 50% discount not working

i currentley work for openreach i get 50% discount through portal and when i go through portal to take out new phone contract when it takes me to ee page click on any phone and it comes up with, SORRY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE

Also work there and was trying to do it this morning on my corporate laptop. The page just dies shortly after clicking the Phone Monthly plan. Tried clearing cookies to refresh Edge but no dice.
