Hi 

I was trying to connect my apple benefit to alexa but it is not showing on my apple ID is this because as with google home you can only cast ratherthan link this version?

Hi Peter spent a lenghty amount of time online support with Apple they have concluded issue is I have two apple IDs and that EE can relink my apple music to the one I want to use how do I do that please? 

I tried logging out and using the other apple ID but it indicates it is already linked so assume someone at EE end needs to unlink it

Hi @Seanf73. 

I would recommend speaking with technical support who can try removing Apple Music so you can start the set up again.
