Hello,
I opened a complaint regarding picture messages. They reviewed the charges said I still have to pay them and then removed my loyalty discount saying it was "excessive".
I have been on this price plan since 2018 and incurred CPI year on year. I don't think it is fair one day EE decided to push me onto a higher plan just because they are upset I raised a complaint regarding a different issue.
Can I get some advice?
