I am looking to find out if my family and friends discount has been removed for some reason? Would I need to go in store to check this? I have notice my bill seems a bit high since I upgraded at summer. When I go on to previous bills it says discount added but on the most recent two bills there is nothing that mentioned any discounts. Nobody discussed this being taken away at time of upgrade. I have stayed with EE for over 10 years because of this discount so would be really disappointed for it to be suddenly taken away. If it has been removed, do you think if I phoned or went in store this could be added back on as my bill is now way higher than anticipated?

@Rachborntorun You need to call customer support about this. To have a F&F discount you still have to be eligible to have it, are you?
