Upgraded my phone but not received my £300 offer

Hi all i have upgraded to the 22 plus which had the £300 pre paid card on offer at the time i have yet to recieve it. The man instore said it can be claimed online can anyone tell me where please. Also if i dont get a text with in the 14 days of getting this phone do they still give it you. Dont usually get offers with phones so i want to make sure i do this time 🙂 Thank you x

I accidentally deleted the text for the voucher is there anyway it can be sent again as I didn't claim?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this to see if they're able to send it again or give you details on how to claim without the text.

Day 19 and still haven't received a txt

It can take between 15-30 days to receive the text, @Katrina83991.

If you don't receive it after 30 days please give us a call.

Hello, I was just wondering if you ever did receive yours? I received my phone yesterday but I didn’t get the £300 card like stated.. I was just wondering what it was you had to do?

This is not included with the phone, you will receive a text within 15-30 days with a link to claim.
