I'm wanting to upgrade my current contract and I checked the app and it says "Upgrade today. Upgrade your device and plan today, with no fee." It also says it in several other places throughout the order process (iv attached screenshots) but then on the confirmation email it says "we need to confirm some details please give us a call" and then they tell me that I have to pay an upgrade fee, I'm just confused because if I'm being told in so may places its free then I shouldn't be charged, if it isn't true it shouldn't be shown. Anyone know who i could get in contact with to have the fee waved??

Hi @Jtemplar2412 It looks like you're going for an upgrade anytime option there.

It's tough to say why we've asked you to call without getting access to your account, I'd recommend giving us a call back on the number that we've provided in the email, so a guide can take a look and see what the issue is, and why it's now stating that you need to pay an upgrade fee.
