EE flex plan

Hi I need some clarification. Today in store (Meadowhall) i upgraded my device to the iPhone 16 pro max, I paid £100 upgrade fee and traded my old device in. The full works plan was £83 a month for 3 years so I took this option. I signed something (I don’t always look what at what I’m signing as have learning disabilities) I left the store with my new device I got home and noticed a £33 flex plan on my app, seperate to my bill. This is to cover the cost of the new device, now is this £83 full works plan including the £33 flex? (Ie will it be £50 airtime and plan on one bill and the flex on another?) or is it £83 then an additional £33 flex on top? As this was not mentioned to me when upgrading. Any help will be appreciated as I’m panicking that it’s now gonna cost me £116 a month

Hi @Llldldld

Welcome to the community.

I agree with @Schockwave, it sounds to me that the total is £83. I think it's best to follow @Northerner's advice though and speak with our Customer Support team, just to make sure.
