I can't get onto my EE perks page, it says account deactivated?

The quickest way to get this resolved would by giving us a call and our mobile guides have access to a direct webform for the EE Perks team to get this reset for you.

Hi,

I spent an hour on the phone and the guy said he was unable to help me and didn’t know what to do. He escalated it to his manager who also didn’t know what to do. Who should I ask for when I phone?
