Hi, I've left EE awhile back over 30days. But I've noticed I cannot make changes to my netflix subscription. How do I take back? It just says billed through EE

Just to be sure first of all, is your Netflix subscription still working right now, or are you unable to access this?
Also do you have any other products remaining with us, or is this now fully closed?

Hi,
Yes it's still active and yes all services have been terminated.
