Unable to log into EE Perks or reset password

Hi,

 

I am trying to log into EE Perks and am registered but it is not accepting my password nor will it allow me to reset the password - have tried several times but never get the reset email.  I have checked my junk folder and they are not in there and cannot re-register as I get the message to say I am already registered.

 

Any help is most appreciated.

About 12 months! It's been applied to my current contract but EE had to do that as I have never been able to log in

Have you tried requesting a password reset to your work email to see if that works?

I have exactly the same problem. How do I resolve? I used my work address, received an email to verify but then it will accept my password. Tried the reset options 10 times but no further email received. Can anyone advise?

I am unable to log onto the EE Perks portal nor am I able to reset my password it says it’s generated an email for me to reset but no email received.
