Hi,
I am trying to log into EE Perks and am registered but it is not accepting my password nor will it allow me to reset the password - have tried several times but never get the reset email. I have checked my junk folder and they are not in there and cannot re-register as I get the message to say I am already registered.
Any help is most appreciated.

Hi are you able to help me with this please?
I did have access to my perk account and was waiting for my ID to be verified and now it won’t let me log in at all, I’ve tried resetting the password over 10 times and no email ever comes through. Thanks

I am still experiencing issues with this.
I have given my info and been told my account will be reset, however this never works.
I just want to be able to access my perks as I should.
Could you offer further assistance on this please?
