Unable to cancel Apple TV+ add-on

I am trying to cancel my Apple TV+ trial add-on. I have tried to do this with myEE on my phone, desktop pc, and laptop. None of these devices carry out this with myEE app. 150 service is a joke. It's aim is to give you everything you don't want and prevent at all costs talking to an agent. Next year my EE contract expires. Hallelujah.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems cancelling that. Have you tried speaking to our Live Chat team. There's a 'start conversation' button on our get in touch help page to speak to them.

As I said before, there is no live chat function available. 

Rather than all the social media teams coming over the hill to answer my request, why not get a competant software programmer to get the 'Add-Ons' page on myEE to function correctly.

Do you have the option to cancel the trial in your iCloud subscriptions?
