EE Perk - Registered email change

My NHS work email has changed since I registered for EE Perk. When I log in using the registered details, I'm asked to validate my account and 'We have sent you an email to the company address you provided.' but it's being sent to the email account that is no longer accessible. I still work for the NHS.
