hey, so i got my new iphone in october last year and received the 3 month free apple tv subscription, i accessed the offer and used apple tv for a few weeks but didn’t enjoy it, i have now tried to cancel the subscription so i don’t get charged, im unable to do it in the app store because i have to cancel it with ee, im unable to cancel it on the ee app because nothing is coming up in the subscription section and i did call up and asked for it to be cancelled and they said it had been but the app store is still saying the subscription is active, what in the world do i do, im not paying for something i don’t use, thank you in advance

The App Store may not have fully updated yet depending on when you asked for the cancellation.
If you log in to the EE App and tap on Manage then Mobile & SIMs, scroll down to Add‑ons and extras and tap View your add‑ons and extras, you’ll be able to see everything linked to your account. If the Apple TV+ subscription isn’t showing there, this would indicate that it’s not active against your account.
If you want to be sure, please get in touch with our customer support team. They'll be able to access your account and confirm that this has been cancelled for you.

@Pebbles22 log into your EE account and look at add-ons from there you’ll be able to cancel it.
