I have tried endlessly to logon to my NHS Perk account but it comes up with 'Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame'... it does not give any option to resolve this, i haven't actually used the perk yet but i would really like to upgrade my phone and stay with EE with the best possible deal.

I posted previously that my ee perks account was deactivated - had various replies and supposedly my account was removed and told to re register which I did. Received a verification email to log on which I did - also had email confirming my works ID had passed the checks. guess what tried to log on and Account STILL deactivated. Managed after couple of days total to talk to someone at EE. "Thank you I will pass it onto the perks team and they will call you back in 15 minutes" they said ??? that was TWO DAYS ago ???
