I have the exact same issue same deal.
ordered on the 19/11 got the Xbox on the 20/11 but to date no EE GameCard. I have emailed the address on the game card site, sent in a complaint message to EE, tried EE GameCard 59 150, called EE but got stuck in the auto loop.
Am properly getting annoyed now as feel I’ve been ripped off.
anyone got any suggestions?

Welcome to the community.
You've done the right thing in texting EE GameCard to 150. If that hasn't done anything, then it would need to be looked at by our customer service guides, so they can chase this for you.
The best option to choose when calling 150 would be the billing options, so they can bring up your account and help.
When you say you've sent a complaint message, if it was through the complaints webform, the team will get back to you in around 7 days but it may be quicker for you to call.

yep complaint form sent and received the answer
I have to email bhneegaming@waivpay.com
which I have emailed 5+ times since the 27th November to which I have not received any notification nor reply.
When I tried calling and speaking to someone on 150 I got stuck in a loop that just kept wanting me to either pay my phone bill or buy broadband.
never gave me any options to speak to someone.
it’s getting ridiculous now as has been over 14 days am I’m still no further forward.
I have also replied to the Complaint Team and guess I have to wait 7 days for this 🙈
seems like the only way is to send email and wait another 7 days then reply and wait another 7 days until it can be resolved
