EE Perk Account Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

Hi Leanne, unfortunately this hasn't corrected my issue as it still shows as deactivated when I try to log in. If I try to re-register, it says the account is already registered. 

Hi, my Perks Account is deactivated and I'm unable to access my 20% discount. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Have you registered with a new username? I'm unable to find any previous conversations with Leanne under this one? If you have, was your original username @Alcocky?

Hi James, for some reason I can't log in as Alcocky, I'm confused as to why I've had to change my username to a new account.

 

But yes my original username was Alcocky, I have made a new conversation thread from this account too.
