Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"
I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

Thanks James, my employee email is both [Removed] and [Removed] - they are the same domain, just incase you were wondering. They both receive the same emails.
EE perk portal only recognises [Removed] as a valid provider, however all attempts to reset and register still are met with the same Deactived popup.

Hi @sammyalcock,
I've removed your email addresses from your public post to protect your privacy but I've made sure the Perk Team are looking at the address recognised by the Perk Portal.
