EE Perk Account Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

Thanks James, my employee email is both [Removed] and [Removed] - they are the same domain, just incase you were wondering. They both receive the same emails.

EE perk portal only recognises [Removed] as a valid provider, however all attempts to reset and register still are met with the same Deactived popup.

Hi @sammyalcock,
