EE Perk Account Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

Hello,

I am having the same issue - I try and log in using my employee email and it says "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.". But then why I try and re-register it says an account already exists.

Please can someone help with this?

Hi there, 

Thank you for the help with my problem a while ago. 

I am trying to access my EE Perk Portal to obtain another discount code, however it has asked for verification as I haven't logged in within 2 years. I have requested verification to multiple email addresses but nothing has come through yet unfortunately. 

Please can anyone provide some assistance so I can get access to my discount codes?

Same issue for me, cannot register new account and current one doesnt work

Thanks for coming to the community. 

What happens when you log into your perk account? Is the account showing deactivated? 

If you need to reset the details we have registered for the perk account so you can register a new account, please give us a call on 150 and the team can raise a webform to the perk team and get this reset.

Same as everyone else - trying to login to access my perk code, but it says my account has been deactivated....

Hi, Katie,

I had a chat with a bot yesterday afternoon which said that someone from the perks team would email me tomorrow - it initially said within 72 days but when challenged revised that to 72 hours!
