EE Perk Account Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

How long ago did you last register for a perk account? 

Are you able to try and register for a new perk account, do you get the same message?

If I try and register a new account I get same reply it says account exists and then when I click in it says deactivated
Opened a few years ago

The quickest way to get this resolved would be by giving us a call. 

Our customer care team have access to a webform they can raise with our EE Perks team and once the account has been reset you can register a new account.
