It's OK saying give us a call on 150 but the options aren't very clear. There is nothing about add to plan option,so you could spend ages finding the correct person to talk to.

Hi @Ian1305.

Welcome to the community.

If you're looking to add a new product to your plan you'll need to speak with our sales team.

If you wish to talk about a product you already have, please follow the options to speak with either our tech or billing team.

Jon

I don't want to add new products. I just want to find out how many payments I have left on products I already have... I've phoned 150 but there is no option about add to plan.

Thanks @Ian1305.

If you follow the options for our billing team they will be able to check for you.

Jon

Can I not do this online?

Hi @Pownes,

Yes, you can check when you first took out an add to plan product by referring to your billing history.

@Pownes look at your account and look at add ons.  Find the item and click it you’ll see when the end date is

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That doesn't show tech add ons. Only data add ons.

How do I find the remaining payments on tech add ons?

@Mj9wd  it does as it’s an add on.   It’ll show all the items you have added to your account. For example if you have an iPhone and have visual voicemail enabled it’ll show it as it’s an add on same with insurance and you have a discount it’ll show it as it’s an add on.  Anything you’ve got added to your account will show as an add on.    You also have to make sure you’re looking at the correct number if you have more than one number in your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
