Hi ,
I just called EE to get an upgrade to a sim only contract and they have said that they can’t continue to apply my family and friends 30% discount unless I have a new code.
This was a lifetime discount added to my account over 15 years ago and this is the first time I have had an issue.
The person who provided me the code stopped working there a few years ago but I have never had an issue before with upgrading and keeping the family and friends discount.
Pease can you help.

@Cr2024 Sorry to say but there is no such thing as a lifetime F&F and you are only entitled to the F&F provide the person who gave you it is entitled to give you it. You say they no longer work for EE. The F&F remains working until you next upgrade. If it still got applied after the last upgrade then count yourself lucky. You are longer entitled to the F&F as the person who gave it to you isn’t entitled to offer it.

@Drewzt And EE has every right to remove that discount you’re not entitled to it.

The guy who has given me the Discount he took 150 pound to fix it.
