The same thing is happening to me and I need to provide a new code for the contract I have set up within 30 days or I will not receive. I have tried to resolve the issue by calling but it is still not resolved

Have you recently registered for EE Perk or was it a while ago?
If it's a new registration, have you verified your email address?
If it was a while ago, are you seeing an 'account deactivated' error message?
