I am trying to upgrade to either a new phone or a new sim only plan but the EE Perks code say its invalid. I just generated the code so how can it be invalid? I have tried typing it in and also copy and paste to no avail for both device contract and sim only plan. I only want to upgrade with my 20% discount. Please help I have now paid off my current contract and looking at options. thnx.

If the code has been newly generated, I suspect you're trying to use this against an ineligible plan/offer, and this is why you're seeing errors. If you visit Discounts and perks for NHS staff, this shows the terms and conditions that may be useful.
