I recently moved to EE and part of my monthly billing includes a Netflix Premium add on. However when I try to find this on the EE app it only allows me to choose Apple TV or Discovery Sports. How do I access the Netflix add on?

Welcome to the Community!
As @garybs29 has recommended here, it sounds like you're on the iPhone version of your plan which doesn't feature Netflix as an option, as opposed to the iPhone version that does.
It is possible to request the Android version if you're an iPhone user though, I actually have done myself, so if you reach out to our customer care team, they'll be able to take a look into this for you.

I assume you're on a full works plan but if only getting those choices sounds lile you're on the iphone version & not the other
