I want to cancel 250ROW add on.
I go into app MOBILE > ADD ONS (then shows active add ons) > SELECT “250 UK to ROW mins & SMS”
I then get the attached page with NO REMOVE BUTTON.
I have even checked the prior page listing all active add ons for a select and delete option or “edit” but there’s nothing all you can do is select and add on which opens to the above page.
if I look at another add on there ISA REMOVE BUTTON:
EE digital messenger tells me to:.
“Find the add-on in "Currently active add-ons" and then select "Remove".
We'll let you know the date it'll be removed. You can still use the add-on until then.”
IT IS NOT THERE!
150 call wait is currently 2 HOURS! What a joke.
Sneaky that they tell you on the initial SMS that you can cancel any time, then has a link which just takes you to the app and the home screen of the app. no imstructions. No replies. Really helpful!
I don’t have hours to spare calling to cancel this. If anyone know ls please help!
Also I’ve tried sending the following to 150 to no avail:
STOP 250ROW
REMOVE 250ROW
CANCEL 250ROW
F$$kers make it so difficult so they can keep taking our money. I AM DONE!!!

Hi, sorry for my late reply on this. I only just remembered after seeing my bill and this add-on still being active. Yes, I have tried on the website and on the EE app for iOS. I just spoke to a very helpful lady at EE who has sorted it and will credit my next bill. Is there a way this can be looked into so it doesn't happen to others wishing to cancel add-ons?

I am sorry that the option to remove the add-on is not showing for you in the app.
Have you tried logging in on the EE website to see if the same thing happens or if it lets you remove it from there?
