I am trying to upgrade my phone and have revalidated my ee perks account and generated a perk code but it says invalid when i try to add it.
I noticed it says i have one active discount already but this will be for my old contract which expiring.
Any ideas would be most welcome.

We certainly don't want you missing out on being able to use your discount, and I can understand your frustration.
If this is a new code you've only just generated today then it seems likely that the plan you're wanting to use it with isn't eligible. Our discount page will go through the terms and conditions for when you are able to use this.
If you need any extra support, contact our team directly, and they'll be able to discuss what eligible deals you can use the discount with.
