Hi,
I'm trying to generate a discount code from the perks site but it keeps coming up with an error "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"
I am currently working for a East London Nhs trust.

I can’t even log into my perks account - I’ve tried to reset password but never get sent an email to reset it’s very frustrating as need the codes asap for family and myself

Do you get an error message when you log into your perk account and try to generate a code?
How long ago did you last log into the perk account and create a perk code?
