Hi,
I'm trying to generate a discount code from the perks site but it keeps coming up with an error "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"
I am currently working for a East London Nhs trust.

I just tried it again and got the same message as others have - Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative.

Mine has now been sorted. EE needed to basically delete my precious ee perks account. Then i had to set up a new one and submit a photo of my NHS id card. Looks like they no longer use your work email as log on but your personal one once your proof of NHS ID has been validated.

Just to check, do you get an error message when you try and generate a code?
When was the last time you logged into the Perk account?

I logged in yesterday, and before that it would have been earlier this year. Ive attached an image of the error message.
