Hi,
I'm trying to generate a discount code from the perks site but it keeps coming up with an error "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"
I am currently working for a East London Nhs trust.

I am having the very same issue i get a Error message when ever i try and generate a new code
Also tried on my desk top but can not log in and password rest will not reset the password

found a way round it I re-registered using my personal email and NHS email while uploading a photo of my work ID and now have the new code

Hi,
I'm also having the same problem. Spent a while on the phone to an EE representative last week who apparently sent off a form to try and fix the issue but still having the same "unable to retrieve" error code despite saying that I have 5 codes left. Anyone managed to sort this out?
I can't re-register as when I attempt it states the details are already linked to an existing account.
