Hi,
I'm trying to generate a discount code from the perks site but it keeps coming up with an error "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"
I am currently working for a East London Nhs trust.

I am having the same issue. I generated a code about 8 weeks ago. Logged on now and it says I have 5 codes left but gives me the error message.

Hello, I am also getting an error when generating the codes. It says I have 5 to use but they are unable to generate, I am nhs staff.
