AirPods with 24 month Apple Music - I can't add the Apple Music pass?

I've bought an airpod 4 with noise cancelling and apple music included. But I've not received any notification as to when I'm getting apple music. It's been over a month since I made my purchase. I've rang 150 multiple times and Im getting no where.

Welcome to the EE Community

You should have Apple Music available as soon as you receive your product. If you check in your list of currently active add-ons do you see the Apple Music in the list of add-ons? 

Have you tried visiting http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome  on the number that Apple Music is added to with WiFi turned off so you are using mobile data? 

If the link is not working to activate your subscription and no Apple Music add-on is showing it would be best to speak to our technical team to request that the Apple Music part of your bundle is added to activate.
