Hello everyone. I’ve Problems now with my EE add on inclusive extra, Discovery +, namely the included and disappearing TNT Sports Ultimate Channel from the TNT App, from all of my devices on TV Guides, including my phone and TV.
I’ve been with EE for almost a decade and very well versed in this and know how it works and what customers are meant to get and what I was recently getting only last week or so, and always getting and all the glitches of the Ultimate sports channel going missing, way back to the BT TV days I had to sort out usually for BT Advisors. I’ve always chosen a package with an inclusive add on extra. Now I’m paying extra on my contract after just recontracting as it’s no longer included in the all rounder plan it’s been taken away so we pay more.. then it was BT Sports, and now TNT Sports, which has been covered under the umbrella of Discovery + for several years. So I have known these issues..Lately my Discovery + App on phone has the TNT Sports but gone missing is the Ultimate Channel for the optimal experience. However it is included in my package I get but if you read below. My TV App is the same. TNT Ultimate has gone from the TV guide. Now, one last thing before I ask if anyone can help me out and understand why it’s missing and how to put it right please. Namely, the discovery Plus channel or app also has versions to it. I thought this was the issue but I don’t think it is. Now you can get Discovery Plus and Discovery Plus Premium? Go figure. I need Discovery Plus Premium for the Ultimate TNT Sports looking on the discovery plus website. But I just have Discovery Plus from EE. But EE state that is enough for TNT Ultimate channel. Not mine it’s not. It’s vanished. Bit gutted upgrading from all rounder to keep what I refer to as BT Sports for the Ultimate Channel and it’s gone without me changing anything but paying more?
On my discovery plus App. I’m positive it’s not discovery plus premium? Should I call EE? Or can an adviser help me out here. I’ve logged out, reinstalled. Done everything. Tried texting 150 the word SPORT, but can’t do it as I’m already opted in to that? Frustrating and this won’t unlit itself. Thanks in advance for any kind of help. Peter
