Good afternoon, my company recently advertised that we had access to use EE Perks which I signed up for as I am looking to switch contracts.
When I attempt to generate a code I get an error stating:
‘Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative’
With that I reached out to our company support team who said they don’t support or maintain access to EE Perks and to reach out of EE directly for assistance.
Just to add, I have attempted to generate a code using various web browsers and devices (Phone and PC) and nothing works and I am faced with the same error.
Is there anything that could be done to assist me?
I am aware of a number of threads already existing regarding this issue and nothing on there really points to a solution.

Hi @DarrenLockett.
Please give us a call and speak with our customer care team.
The team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team.
This will be the quickest way to get the EE Perks team to look into this,

Not to seem lazy or anything but I work nights and I’m hardly available during normal working hours so would be much easier if I could just leave a message and hopefully get a resolution 😊

If you're a pay monthly EE customer already, there's a live chat under the 'help' section of the EE App.
Are you able to access that?

I am not currently with EE. I’m just looking around at the moment as my current contract with another provider is almost up for renewal. Seeing as my employer offered us the EE Perks I thought it I would see what I could get with EE.

Are you connected to a VPN when you're trying to generate the code, @DarrenLockett?
