EE perk account reset

Hi,

 

Can I have a call or message to reset my EE perk account. I need to change the email address so I can use a different one. As there is issues with my personal account. The account I am leaving this forum from is not the account I need help with, it is a different account.

I am trying to make a new account but it tells me my NHS email is already in use which is an issue for me.

Have you spoken to our mobile guides on 150?

The team will send a webform for you to the perk team to get the account details removed.

I have spoken to 150. They were no help at all unfortunately, they didn’t even have an idea to what EE Perk was.

 

So, I came to the forum to try and get some help. Can I have this sent to me please?
