Playstation 5 + 24 month PS Plus premium bundle

Hi, I have purchased the Playstation 5 and 24 month PS Plus Premium bundle however this comes with 4 vouchers of 50£ each now on the instructions letter it says I need to use 2 vouchers for 12 months. But the price for 12 month premium is £119.99£ so for 24 month it would be £239.98 essentially I would need to pay the difference of £40 to pay for something I already bought so thats completely unfair. 

 I have attached the photo with the prices, I’m not getting what I’m paying for even on the bundle it says the premium membership would be worth £239.98.

Can anyone help me get this sorted?

Tried again, after 25mins of being passed around from person to person I was again advised this is a Sony issue and to call Sony tomorrow.

called Sony they said this is a PlayStation issue so called them and they advised me it it a Sony issue.

Can you send me the same info pls. Because I was told I would get 24 months premium plus, £75 EE games pass and something else. All I got in the box was 4 £50 vouchers with a letter telling you how to do it. But with an extra £40 I think it is I would have to pay, that was why I paid so much. I wanted the 5 pro and all the bundles that come with it.
