I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 11 pro XL at the beginning of September, but still haven't received a message or code to claim my pixel buds pro for £1. I know the offer ends soon so I'm worried I'll miss out. Any help gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

I see from your previous post your order was placed on 27th August, the code for the discounted £1 buds are sent out by text 14-30 days after your order. So it is still just within the timescale at the moment, give it a couple more days and if you have not recieved it please give us a call. 

One of our guides will check your account to see if the code is there and if not then raise a webform for you for our team to get the code sent out to you.
