Perks revalidation issue

I have logged in to perks but it says I need to revalidate my account. When I try to do this, it says email address is already registered. How do I revalidate this? I have searched the forums and responses seem to be arranged via private message so I'm not able to find a solution. I have access to the email address. Thanks
