Hi, I know this has been posted to death but the answers all involve a private message and not a solution.
i can log in to my EE perks account but there is a “problem generating a code at this time” for the corporate discount.
A sales call handler couldn’t help and neither could the live chat.
What can I do now? I’m not going to upgrade if I can’t get the 20% discount - it should already be there as I’ve had it for years.
