My contract is up for renewal and my NHS mail has changed I can’t seem to find how to amend the email address Can anyone help?

Hi @Suzanne1272 It's great news that your renewal is coming up, I'd love to see you keep the PERK discount as it's a great way to save money each month.

 

I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from your EE phone, then one of our guides can help you from there.

I called 150 and spoke to two people who could not help me change my NHS email address  I have emailed the service team as advised but not heard anything back yet

Hi! I sent an email to the employee.perks email yesterday  Is that correct? Havent heard anything but hoping I will by tomorrow as contract expired today so will be looking to renew on Saturday If no perk then may have to look at other options

@Suzanne1272 Are you able to register using your new NHS email through the dedicated NHS Perk page? 

 

Hi! No it won’t let me as says il already a customer Let me log in with old nhs email but that has been closed hence why I have a new email address I thought it would be a simple thing to change but didn’t appear so! Not heard from the employee.perks team so hoping today as need it sorted if I’m going to renew with EE tomorrow (in store)

@Suzanne1272 The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team. 

Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer.

If you would like me to do that please let me know.
