I am trying to request a new code and getting the following error message?

Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative

Does anyone know what the issue is or how to resolve this please?

I am having the same issue and have revalidated using NHS.net email address but unable to create or get new code?

Hi @asifm786 

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache from your browser and trying to login again to generate a code?

If that doesn't work still, can you try another browser or device?

Let me know how that goes.

I have just had this same issue, tried on both safari and google to no avail, can’t even see a contact link to talk to someone to resolve the problem 

Yea same for Me, have never had this issue before, I got a code on the 29/9/25 and it said that that one day was when it was valid from so I can’t even use that.

Hello, did anyone find a fix for the “Unable to Retrieve code” message on EE Perks.

I have cleared cookies, reset my account, tried different devices and spoken to EE who say they can’t help and that I should contact the responsible person at the NHS(!).

 No help / contact option on EE perks website.

Do you get that message when you try to log in, or when you try to generate a new code?
