I am trying to request a new code and getting the following error message?
Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative
Does anyone know what the issue is or how to resolve this please?

Hello, I am also having the same issue and tried all the recommended steps such as different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, disabling and blockers, trying mobile data and WiFi, all to no avail

How long ago did you last log into your perk account to create a perk code?
Also, have you recently registered for the perk account?
