My BT/TNT add-on has stopped working

I get BT Sport's as a free add on and is enabled but has now stopped working and says I don't have an active subscription.

 

Any reason why it has stopped, as I was told there would be no change?

Hello James,

I cant seem to connect my old BT add on to the new TNT add on. I've
downloaded Discovery+ and created an account but it still asks me to buy a
package.
Even went through the process that was sent via email to access this but
when completed, it said "already activated".

Can you please help?

Did you try and link the account here, @nfugger?

It's the right hand 'Activate discovery+' link.

This account is specific to your account, @nfugger. The team will need to pass security with you and look into what's causing the problem. If you give us a call on 150, they'll be able to look into it for you.
